Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with irrigation system monitoring
- Follow safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Perform general farm maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 6 months agriculture experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Pass pre-employment physical
