Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of vegetables/fruits using industry-standard techniques
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and packing procedures
- Adhere to safety protocols and pesticide handling guidelines
- Assist with general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Participate in weekly production planning meetings
- Document daily work activities and yield reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa certification required
- Minimum 1 year commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 45-50 hours weekly including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Reliable transportation to farm location
