Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal vegetables using hand tools and machinery
- Operate tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesting equipment safely
- Maintain farm facilities, greenhouses, and field sanitation standards
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and H2A program regulations
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce for distribution
- Participate in weekly farm maintenance and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 1 year prior agricultural/farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
