Responsibilities
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 24-hour SLAs
- Process transactions and update account information with 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain FERPA and PCI-DSS compliance standards
- Contribute to team performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce/ZenDesk)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic financial literacy for transaction processing
