Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% resolution rate
- Process billing inquiries and payment adjustments using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-call resolution
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and multitasking capability
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
