Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account inquiries, billing discrepancies, and service issues
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely weekly payroll processing
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for efficiency and resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods
