- Document all interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely weekly payroll processing
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for customer satisfaction
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for product updates
- Support cross-functional projects during low-volume periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience in financial services preferred
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines
- Basic financial literacy and payment processing knowledge
