Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer records in our CRM system in real-time to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery updates and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team for resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Reliable transportation required.
