Responsibilities
- Assemble components and finished products according to detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly line equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
