Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops according to schedule
- Monitor crop health and apply pest control measures as directed
- Maintain farm equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and EPA regulations for chemical handling
- Assist with sorting, packing, and loading produce for distribution
- Participate in team-based harvest operations during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
