Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during assigned weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety protocols strictly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management immediately.
- Ensure all documentation and data entry are accurate and up-to-date.
- Train new staff on weekend procedures and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if necessary).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
