Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets and quality standards.
- Perform cycle counts and stock adjustments as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (not required but a plus for warehouse roles).
