Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse spaces.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- License: Forklift certification is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
