Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Load and unload freight trucks while adhering to all safety protocols and weight restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
- Must be available to work rotating 12-hour weekend shifts.
