Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained and organized.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and workplace protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
