Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- License: Valid driver’s license required.
