Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
