Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving activities
- Implement and enforce company policies while maintaining a positive work culture
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Maintain accurate records of productivity, safety incidents, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Washington state driver's license
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
