Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to minimize hazards and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets and quality standards.
- Perform loading and unloading of trucks according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
