Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and freight safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and quantity accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label products according to specific shipping orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform light cleaning duties and equipment maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (prior warehouse experience is a plus).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
