Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to ensure efficient inventory movement.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily quotas and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding daily priorities and workflow adjustments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
