Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak times to ensure timely delivery.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday) as scheduled.
