Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment, adhering strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Assist in the management of inventory levels through cycle counting and stock reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and meet daily production targets.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Perform routine quality checks on outgoing orders to guarantee product integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
