Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
