Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 member night shift team, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational continuity
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift roles
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Basic knowledge of Louisiana labor regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
