Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards.
- Package and label merchandise securely for shipment to various destinations.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS) to log transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and ensure timely dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
