Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely loading/unloading of trucks
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
- Support inventory control through systematic stock rotation
- Assist in daily warehouse cleaning and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
