Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom layouts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Inspect and sort returned merchandise for restocking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with cycle counts and warehouse optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-6PM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
