Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
