Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated zones.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to resolve workflow issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and potentially occasional weekdays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in data entry and product handling.
- Reliability: Punctual with a proven track record of attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
