Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our fulfillment center team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently to customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Transport: Safely operate warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan items to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean and organized at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions (dock doors).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and social security card.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environments.
