Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to critical alerts to ensure business continuity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system for knowledge base improvement.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.

Qualifications
