Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
