Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation and ticketing for all support interactions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software updates.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless operational continuity during weekends.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods.
