In this role, you will be the technical face of our brand, resolving complex IT issues and ensuring our clients remain productive during critical weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technical Support: Resolve hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage Weekend Operations: Ensure high-quality service delivery during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Customer Relations: Build rapport with clients, explaining technical solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets and resolutions in the CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile troubleshooting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
