Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring optimal productivity and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and dock operations
- Implement lean practices to reduce processing time by 15% monthly
- Conduct daily safety briefings and resolve equipment/workplace issues
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and SOPs
- Lead monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotations
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
