Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory in compliance with company standards
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with potential for holiday coverage
- Pass background check and drug screening
