Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control measures
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (5 AM-2 PM or 3 PM-12 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
