Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems) with precision and safety
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials efficiently while adhering to weight limits and protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance equipment operation skills
Qualifications
- No college degree required – we value hands-on skills and trainability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills for inventory and weight calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
