As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the backbone of our logistics department, ensuring our customers receive their orders with precision and speed. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts.
