Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production lines during weekend shifts to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Document production data accurately in ERP systems and shift logs.
- Assist in the organization and management of raw materials and inventory.
- Collaborate with the lead technician to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or technical maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and holidays.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
