Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the night shift floor.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct nightly safety audits.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics with day-shift teams.
• Train new hires and mentor existing staff on equipment and procedures.
• Monitor production output to meet daily KPI targets and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Proven supervisory experience in a shift-based environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
