Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations and ensure store compliance with company standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with exceptional service
- Manage inventory processes and stock replenishment during shifts
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment
- Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to management
- Drive sales through team coaching and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
