As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of our weekend operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while mentoring part-time staff. This role offers immediate start dates and potential for advancement into full-time management positions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Lead and mentor 5-7 part-time associates during weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising directives
- Handle cash operations and POS system reconciliation
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalations promptly
- Conduct opening/closing procedures for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
