Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer escalations with exceptional service protocols
- Train new associates on weekend-specific procedures
- Process payroll and attendance records for weekend staff
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Implement weekend-specific promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team-building skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- OSHA certification preferred (training provided)
