Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain supply chain efficiency
- Implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Document incidents and prepare shift reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- CPR/First Aid certification required (training provided if needed)
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Background clearance and drug screening mandatory
