Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 weekend staff across multiple service stations
- Ensure flawless execution of guest service protocols during peak hours
- Train new hires on POS systems and safety procedures
- Resolve escalated customer issues with diplomacy and efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Collaborate with management team to optimize shift workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday, 10PM-6AM)
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food handling credential
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Nevada gaming card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Spanish bilingual preferred
