Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff teams of 10-15 employees
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and quality control
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with management team for seamless weekday-weekend transitions
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Train new staff on operational procedures and brand standards
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent required
