Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring high morale and adherence to company culture.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and safety meetings to address operational goals and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and oversee the receiving and shipping processes.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Complete accurate daily paperwork, timecards, and shift reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
