Responsibilities
- Lead weekend staff teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store appearance standards
- Train and mentor new team members on company protocols and best practices
- Resolve customer inquiries and address operational challenges efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Enforce safety compliance and security protocols throughout shifts
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day/night management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail management software and POS systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
